Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Vivahop website and app. By using them, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Vivahop helps you plan trips by generating itinerary suggestions. The service is currently offered in beta and may change, pause or be withdrawn as we develop it.

2. Planning suggestions are not guarantees

Itineraries, places, opening details and travel times are provided for convenience and may be incomplete or change without notice. Always verify important details (such as opening hours, suitability and bookings) before you rely on them. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

3. Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it unlawfully.
• Don’t scrape, resell or reproduce content except as allowed by law.

4. Accounts

You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

5. Intellectual property

The Vivahop name, brand and site content are owned by Vivahop or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vivahop is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the competent Dutch courts, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
